The total Mongolia visa fee you need to pay includes the visa service fee and the Government & Admin fee.

1. Our service fee

Our service fee includes the sum you must pay in advance for our services, which include advising you on the Mongolia eVisa, supplying the necessary documents, reviewing your application, and informing you of its outcome. Before you travel to Mongolia, we will collect your visa from the Mongolia government and send it to you. You will then have your visa stamped at one of Mongolia's official entry points. 2. Mongolia Government and Admin Fee

Government & Admin Fee includes the official government eVisa charge as listed on the government portal, along with administrative costs, plus administrative costs such as GST, foreign exchange differences, payment processing surcharges, and any variable fees applied at the government portal during final checkout.

Any modifications made after the Government and admin fee have been paid will be charged as a new application.

3. Important Notes to Keep in Mind Before Traveling

Before applying for your Mongolia visa and planning your trip, here are some important points to consider:

• Your passport should have at least 6 months of validity from the date you enter Mongolia.
• Make sure your passport has at least 2 blank pages available for immigration stamps.
• Always double-check the specific visa requirements based on your nationality and type of visa.
• Consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself during your journey. Travel insurance can cover unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, or travel delays.
